These are open to everyone of all ages
ADAPTIVE P.E. Class
Adaptive PE is designed to provide regularly scheduled opportunities for individuals with disabilities to stay active, participate in games, and build social connections in a supportive and inclusive setting. Classes focus on movement, fun, and engagement in a controlled, non-overstimulating environment that meets participants where they are and encourages confidence, teamwork, and enjoyment. These are open to everyone of all ages.
2nd & 4th Thursday 10am-11am
